## What it is

The venue is the product of two intertwined stories: a third-generation farmer restoring his family's land, and a couture bridal designer shaping the place where couples are married. Derek brought back the original agricultural structures of the 1950s farm; Olia's eye guides the architecture, styling, and atmosphere. Every detail of the property — from the white barn to the bridal suite — is intentional.
